We offer assistance and guidance with the start-up processes of various home health type provider services here in Texas and also within other Compact Licensure states*.

*What are Compact Nursing States? (Updated 01/11/2023)
Compact Nursing States refer to the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC), which is an agreement between states that allows nurses to have one compact state nursing license that gives them the ability to practice in other states that are a part of the agreement.
Originally developed in 2000, by 2015 the license had grown to include 25 states. To help streamline the process for nurses, the Enhanced Nursing Licensure Compact (eNLC) was implemented in 2018 and included standards for licensure which the original compact license was lacking.

QA Nurse Consulting as it relates to its mandatory daily required business operations and functions for each specific Home Healthcare provider agency type license, and to reach and then to remain within Federal and State regulatory compliance.
We offer monthly, quarterly onsite home healthcare provider operational compliance evaluations (recommendations to address non-compliance findings is optional) by appointment only, contact us via our website for more information and to obtain
you individualized (Fee-for-Services) quote.
Basic Retainer Package
HRN’s QA Nurse Consultants – Will assistance Agency with preparation of the required forms, documents, and updates to reach and/or maintain its regulatory Federal & State compliance. (Individualized Provider Fee-for-Services Quotes) upon request.
