Our Team Leaders

Elaine Comeaux

Chief Executive Officer

As a nurse with over 47 years of experience in clinical healthcare, Ms. Comeaux has had the opportunity to work with hands on patient care delivery in various departments within the hospital settings and rehab- based facilities, including: med-surgery, geriatrics, ob-gyn, pediatrics, step down cardiac care, post-op recovery units, and dialysis treatment, etc. In addition, she has gained valuable experience as the previous owner of STUART’S Home Healthcare, Inc. in New Orleans, LA which was a Medicare/Medicaid provider agency that remained in operation for over seven years until she decided to close it while it was still in good standings with the LA state Licensing Department. This diverse background has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the important role that quality assurance plays in delivering high-level patient care. And that is why our CEO Elaine Comeaux started this quality assurance nurse consultant organization, HEALTH RESOURCE NETWORK,LLC., where she is able to use her expertise and insights to advise healthcare organizations on efficient and effective practices.

As the team leader, Ms. Comeaux has assembled a group of professionals with a diverse skill set and wealth of experience. Our team is composed of licensed vocational nurses, registered nurses, and nurse practitioners, all of whom bring their own unique perspectives and backgrounds. Together, we have over 47 years of combined hands-on healthcare experience. This allows us to assist our Home Healthcare Provider (HHP) clients in reaching their specific goals while meeting and maintaining regulatory standards and/or guidelines for both federal and state compliance. As a team, we are committed to providing quality care and support for our clients at every level. We are confident that our diversity in skills, knowledge, backgrounds, and history in the field makes us a valuable asset for any healthcare organization.

As the head of this healthcare consultant organization, our CEO is always looking for ways to improve and update her knowledge in the field. Attending informational homecare organizational training conferences and webinars helps her stay on top of the latest developments and advancements in home healthcare organization practices. This not only helps her better serve our HHP clients, but also empowers them to provide the highest quality of care to their patients. Her background in both clinical and business practices enable her to assist other individuals in starting their own home healthcare provider businesses, but she still makes it a point to constantly educate herself in order to stay relevant and give our clients the best advice possible. So while she continues to utilize her existing skills and experience, she is always striving to learn more and grow as a healthcare consultant.

As the founder of Health Resource Network, LLC., a quality assurance nurse consultant organization, Ms. Elaine have made it possible to provide catered training programs to our HHP clients that will render to them the opportunity to learn how to operate their specific types of business, to access the necessary knowledge, to take charge and to become independent owners with our team of expert nurse consultants always available to provide support and assistance when needed.
